This role mainly revolved around customer service at the front of the warehouse and included duties such as: 

- Cash handling 

- Register operations

- General cleaning 

- Customer service 

- Loss prevention

2016 - Present Administration/Reception

This role revolves around the maintanance and operations of the warehouse which include:

- Administration duties 

- Archiving 

- Communications (written and verbal) 

- Ordering 

- Emails 

- Team Member maintenance (300+ team members)

- General office up keep 

- Liasing with suppliers 

- Working closely with the Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word

Kindred Photography is a small business that operates mainly in the Southern Highlands. This business was created and is operated by myself and my fellow business partner Macey. Our main duties include: 

- Various photo shoots for clients including weddings, christenings, single portraits, families and children 

- Photo editing (Lightroom and Photoshop)

- Written and verbal communication with clients 

- Packaging and presentation of deliverables 

- Liaising with printing companies 

- Working physically for extended hours

- Working under pressure

- Maintenance of social media sites and website

Rabbit Hole was a design studio run at Western Sydney University. The studio was designed to allow graphic design students to get their first taste of working with real clients and real briefs. Duties included: 

- Working in a team environment 

- Producing various forms of work for clients based on a brief 

- Working with different design mediums 

- Presenting design outcomes to clients

- Adapting designs to suit client's needs

- Working with a variety of design styles

- Working closely with the Adobe platforms including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

This was a 3 month long internship that was run alongside the owner and two other interns. During the completion of the internship we were taught:

- Essential photography skills

- Editing skills 

- Working with clients

- Adapting work to suit client's needs

- Working under pressure

- Brand identity

- Maintenance of social media and website

- Working closely with the Adobe platforms including InDesign, Photoshop and Lightroom
